Our host was amazing and she made us feel welcome during our stay. We were blown away by her local knowledge and the great tips she provided us with. The cleanliness of the house was immaculate and the comfort level was perfect. The location was conveniently close to the bus station and a few nearby beaches, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious and we especially loved the local dish served up in the mornings.

We were taken aback when we realised that the property wasn’t a hotel or pousada. Rather, it was a shared house with the owner, which meant we didn’t have the privacy and facilities that we were expecting.
